Managing SZ Newsletter Distribution Dates
It is important that distribution dates are scheduled before starting a newsletter, otherwise you will be unable to upload your content via the Control Centre.
Adding Distribution Dates
- Log in to your Control Centre.
- Select Schedule a Newsletter from the newsletter status box.
- Click the Add Newsletter button, and select the required newsletter date.
- Repeat this for the rest of your newsletter dates.
- Once you have added all of your dates, select the Save button.
Editing Distribution Dates
- Log in to your Control Centre and select the Newsletters menu tab.
- Once expanded, select SZ Newsletters.
- Click the Manage Distribution Dates button.
- You will be able to see all newsletters for the current year. From here you are able to add new dates, and view, edit or delete scheduled newsletters based on their current status.
- In order for us to guarantee your overnight turnaround, we ask that distribution dates be confirmed at least 48 hours before upload of your newsletter content.
- If you have more than one newsletter publication, each publication will be listed separately on the Distribution Dates page.
